Trader Joe’s in Allston closes after worker tests positive for COVID-19

Trader Joe’s in Allston is closed Monday after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.The store at 199 North Harvard St. will reopen Tuesday after undergoing additional cleaning, the chain said. The worker was last present in the store April 10, the chain said.”We have made sure all crew members at the respective locations have been informed and understand the steps to take to best safeguard their own health and the health of their community,” the chain said. Trader Joe’s said it will pay all crew members for their scheduled shifts while the store is closed.

Trader Joe’s in Allston is closed Monday after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.

The store at 199 North Harvard St. will reopen Tuesday after undergoing additional cleaning, the chain said.

The worker was last present in the store April 10, the chain said.
